Q: Is access to NetSuite included with a subscription?
A: Access to NetSuite is not included with a subscription.

Q: How can I get access to NetSuite?
A: Typically you will want to use your companies NetSuite account, or better yet your companies NetSuite sandbox for this training. The video training on this site can still be used without a NetSuite account, however an account is recommended.

Q: Will this training prepare me to pass the NetSuite certification exams?
A: The courses and lessons provided cover a broad section of what NetSuite is and how it works. However using this alone will most likely not prepare you to pass the certification exams. To pass the NetSuite certification exams you should have several months to several years of hands on experience working with all aspects of NetSuite that the exam you are taking will cover.

Q: What comes with a subscription?
A: Access to this site and all the training on the site. Currently there is over 10 hours of intensive, to the point, video training. Most training on the site is video based.

Q: If the training videos are only 10 hours total, does this mean it will only take 10 hours to learn.
A: No. To learn best it is recommended that you watch and follow along within your own instance of NetSuite. However you can still learn a lot just by watching. NetSuite is a complex system, and whether you follow along or simply watch the videos, it will take time to learn it.

Q: How are the videos broken up and why are they all so short?
A: The videos are broken up based on the subject and area of the system. The videos are short so that they may be used as a reference when needed. They can also be watched consecutively, if that is your learning style. Please do not let the fact that the videos are succinct fool you, every one is jam packed with knowledge of the system.

Q: Why does this training cost what it does, why is it so expensive?
A: It takes a lot of time to create the high quality training found on this site. It takes several hours or longer to create even a single lesson. This includes time for lesson planning and setup, recording, audio and video editing, site management, and many other tasks.

Q: How can you provide quality training this inexpensively?
A: The business is very lean. The only work I personally don’t do is the editing of some audio and video content which is outsourced, as well as some administrative tasks that are outsourced.

Q: The country I live in has a much lower cost of living, can you adjust prices for me?
A: Unfortunately we are not able to do this, however we are looking into region based pricing, and hope to be able to offer this in the future.

Q: I work for a non-profit company, and we do not have a large training budget. Is there anything you can do for us?
A: Yes, we offer free training for many non-profit businesses. There are a few restrictions, please see our page about non-profits here.

Q: I need to train a large number of people, do you offer any type of discount?
A: Please use the contact us form here, to reach out to us directly. Usually there is something that can be done.

Q: What are the qualifications to the person providing the instruction?
A: Hey, this is Sam. Right now, I provide all the training on this site, and I have been working with the NetSuite system for about a dozen years. In that time I have worked on just about every area of the system. This includes using the system, customizing it, administering it, and providing training in a corporate environment. Q: When and how can I cancel my subscription?
A: You can cancel your subscription anytime under the My Account section of the site. My Account is only visible if you are logged in. Otherwise this is a Sign Up link.

Q: Can I cancel during the trial period, and will I be billed if I do?
A: Yes you can cancel at any point during the trial period, and you will not be billed.

Q: What’s going on, my credit card did not go through?
A: If you experienced this during the initial signup, it is likely that we were unable to authorize the card. While we do not charge your card when you sign up, we do place a temporary authorization on the card. This is simply to make sure it is valid. If your card did not go through during an order or renewal, the problem is likely with your bank. We do attempt to charge cards several times before canceling an account. If the payment does not go through the first time, you can check with your bank and the card will be charged when the issue is resolved. Of course every circumstance is different, so if you feel as though this is an error on our end, please contact us through the contact form.

Q: Do you store my credit card number in your system? Can you provide it to me?
A: No. We do not store your credit card. All cards are processed through stripe, which is our third party provider. And we never provide any credit card information as we have no absolute way to verify that you are who you say you are.

Q: Can I use PayPal, BitCoin, Cash, Monopoly Money to pay for my subscription?
A: We accept most major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We do not accept forms of payment other than credit card.

Q: I can’t remember my password, can you tell me what it is?
A: We do not provide passwords, however you can reset this on your own if you want with the reset password link here. All Passwords are encrypted, hashed and salted using a one way encryption algorithm, and therefore we could not provide them even if we wanted to.

Q: I like the training, but we really need someone to do (insert task) in NetSuite for us? Can you do this for us?
A: We do offer consulting services. Please take a look at the consulting page on this site if you are interested.
